  • Find your home and/or have it inspected. HomeByRequest.com arranges to have the home reviewed by a qualified local contractor. (Inspection only for existing owners.)

  • Agree on a list of repairs or improvements that can fit within your pre-approved loan budget. 
    •  
  • Close on loan for your property and repairs at one time. 
    •  
  • Repairs are completed by a qualified local contractor based upon the project schedule.

  • Enjoy Your New Home New Buyers Move in. Existing Owners Move Around.

  • What if I don’t have a home selected?

If you don’t have a property in mind or need help securing the property you want HomeByRequest.com has a list of certified professionals nationwide who can help you find and get the home that’s best for you.   • What if my credit score is below 580?

Don’t worry if your score is below 580. Get Home Now is designed to help you where you are. We have a nationwide team of housing counselors, and credit improvement specialists who will help you move forward as quickly as possible. In many cases it may only take following a short plan to move forward. Once you submit your questionnaire our Customer Support Concierge will help you figure out where you are and how to take the next step.
