Many people still believe that they will never own a home. Some feel they don’t know enough about the home buying process or their credit isn’t strong enough. Others worry that they can’t afford to buy a house or they can’t imagine saving enough for a down payments.  Well, Get Home Now! is here to help provide information, assistance and education so that more people can overcome these barriers. Our goal is to expand affordable homeownership and housing opportunities across the country. Especially now while the best conditions exist to make getting home affordable.

This special lending program is made possible by APD Solutions, in collaboration with non-profit counseling agencies, national real estate professional organizations, local government agencies, national community organizations and lenders.

What is Get Home NOW?

Get Home Now! is an initiative being implemented across the United States that offers a fresh approach to addressing today’s home buying barriers: fears of the market, intimidation, lending, and concerns about credit. The goal of this program is to eliminate the barriers that prevent many Latinos and African Americans, immigrants and low-to–moderate- income families from pursuing homeownership. It is a community based program with special advantages focused on helping people explore their home buying options.
